Start with the process, not the model

If you can't describe the work on a whiteboard, you're not ready to automate it.

Most failed automation projects don't fail because the model was weak. They fail because no one agreed on what the process actually is.

A process that "lives in the CRM" usually also lives in an inbox, a spreadsheet, and a conversation that happens whenever the CRM is wrong.

The useful first artifact isn't a prompt. It's a map: trigger, data in, decisions, systems touched, what "done" means.
